Roof Works

The roof at Maylands is being replaced, with new leadwork applied to the parapets and copings. Both high and low-level chimneys will undergo thorough re-pointing, and the dormer soffits will be replaced. This comprehensive roof overhaul will ensure the building is fully protected and structurally sound for years to come.

Replacing the Roof

The old roof is carefully removed, and a durable new roof is installed, combining new tiles with well-preserved originals, to protect the building from the elements for many years to come.

Raise Scaffolding around the Chimneys

Replace Soffits on Dormer Windows

Install Leadwork to Roof

The roof’s parapets and copings are given a new lead covering, ensuring they’re well-protected from the elements and keeping the building watertight for years to come.
